The cutover plan moves equipment onto the new infrastructure with zero outage. Sequencing is coordinated with the network operations center, the tenant, and connectivity providers around uptime requirements and blackout windows.

CLOSEOUT

Permits are tracked through final inspection. Manufacturer documentation and as-builts are compiled, and contractors are briefed on facility protocols including fire suppression and hot work.
